About me

While I do not work in the field of psychology or mental health care, I have always had an interest in how the human mind “thinks”. It amazes me that our minds can be so clever regarding so many things, yet also have the tendency to think in illogical ways that can harm our mental well being. Initially, I was interested in this aspect just as a curiosity, but soon saw how such thinking caused actual harm to myself and those around me. For this reason,, I felt that I should share this information in an easy to understand way so that everyone can benefit. I, therefore, decided to make and maintain this website. I do it all by myself as a “one man” show. I must confess that it is a lot of hard work, but I do get a lot of satisfaction when people tell me that it has helped them to think better.

I do use my own money to run this website, so if you are able to, I would be grateful if you would consider donating the equivalent of one dollar. You can find out more about how to do so by clicking on the donate tab at the top of this web page.

I hope you have enjoyed this website and found it useful.

Have a nice day.
